FAQ
Questions buyers ask.
Do I need to know n8n?
You need to be comfortable importing a workflow and adding a credential. The setup guide walks through every screen and ends each step with a check. If you would rather not, choose Done for you.
Will Claude email my prospects?
No. Claude’s reply is a suggestion only you see. The only automatic messages to outsiders are the acknowledgement and, after you mark a win, your welcome email.
Does it work with my website?
Yes, if your form can send a request with a custom header from a server, or if you use the included Cloudflare Worker. Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Next.js and plain HTML sites all fit one of those routes.
What does it cost to run?
You pay n8n, Anthropic and Resend directly. Flow uses a fast, low cost Claude model with short prompts, so the AI cost per inquiry is small. Check each provider’s current pricing for your volume.
Where is my clients’ data stored?
In your own n8n account. Message text is sent to Anthropic for sorting and emails go through Resend. Benjaire never has access, and you can turn on automatic deletion.
Can I change the emails and branding?
Yes. Your logo, address, booking link, reply targets and onboarding checklist live in one settings table, and the wording sits in clearly labeled steps you can edit.
Can I install it for my clients?
Starter and Professional cover one business. Agencies that install Flow for clients need an agency license. Contact us for terms.
